• Market the proposed financing to multiple parties and facilitate the best-structured outcome

• Coordinate all aspects of due diligence including responding to inquiries and assessing suitability of financial investors

• Draft and/or negotiate appropriate legal financing and security documentation 

• As needed, assess restructure opportunities, conduct workout negotiations and arrange take-out refinancing
